With his ‘Bombas de Autor’ Don Bocarte explores traditional Spanish cuisine to concentrate its essence in these miniature recipes. The challenge posed by his packaging was to show the innovation in the elaboration of these gourmet bites whose interior hides a core of sauce that goes perfectly with the outer coating and the layer of protein that surrounds it. The solution was immediately clear, to present each sphere as if it were a jewel, without props, showing in the foreground all its layers and creamy interior.

With a crunchy exterior and a protein coating, these «balls» hide inside a core of sauce that bursts in the mouth at the first bite, achieving in a single bite an unexpected gastronomic experience. Its ten miniature recipes range from Icelandic Cod with Vizcaína sauce, Tudanca Cow with boletus, Hake and prawns with mussel cream or Zamburiñas with saffron and Albariño, among others. And they are presented in packs of 6 units per recipe and a gourmet assortment with 25 units for those who want to taste them all.
