Bimbo commissioned us to revise the identity and packaging of Círculo Rojo, its classic cocoa cream-filled biscuits, to bring them into the 21st century. The objective was to highlight the product’s indulgence and bring it closer to the new generations. And as the core of our branding and packaging strategy, we set out to reinforce the uniqueness of an original, authentic and inimitable brand.

The result is an identity that plays with a powerful visual icon: a red circle, turned into a brand asset. A relevant, modern, simplified, eye-catching and appealing design that has connected with today’s audience. After our restyling, Círculo Rojo has gained presence on the shelf, greater brand image and impact, which has resulted in an increase in sales within a few months of launch.
In our packaging proposal we eliminated the window and put the focus on the product. The combination of textures in the illustration reinforces aspects such as the appetizing and creaminess of its cocoa and hazelnut interior. In addition, we worked with Grupo Bimbo to improve materials and qualities to achieve a more natural feel and a better implementation at the point of sale and a more satisfactory user experience with the packaging.
