RAVIOXO

Ravioli my way

Ravioxo is Dabiz Muñoz’s latest gastronomic proposal around dumpling in which the chef «pursues the avant-garde by decontextualising the concept and starting from the purest». This is the starting point of this concept and the inspiration for the visual identity, for which we designed an avatar of the chef.

In collaboration with illustrator Óscar Llorens we developed an avatar that reflects the chef’s brilliant head to come up with innovative concepts. This connection between the virtual and real world seeks to generate an innovative experience and show a new dimension of flavours, textures and combinations. A visual proposal focused on the essence of the XO world, a very free world around creativity, as Dabiz Muñoz acknowledges.

The avatar and colour are two of the elements on which Ravioxo’s visual identity has been built. The choice of pink connects with the chef’s universe and his iconic flying pigs. And it is present in several details of the interior design of the establishment, such as the points of light and the separators between spaces in the interior design project that the Lázaro Rosa-Violán studio has developed for the chef in the Gourmet Experience area of El Corte Inglés de Castellana in Madrid.

A disruptive and surprising visual identity proposal for an innovative gastronomic proposal.
