The key to developing the packaging concept for 1000Lives was the purpose for which the brand was born: the profits from the sale of this extra virgin olive oil are used to improve the lives of vulnerable families through the Coordinadora de barrios de Murcia (Spain). With the design of these bottles, and their big golden heart, we make clear the brand’s solidarity purpose.

Klepierre, one of Europe’s largest shopping center operators, aims through its “Act for Good” program to transform and improve the economic and social environment of the places where it operates. For one of its projects, it chose the Nueva Condomina shopping center (Murcia). Around it, he planted 1000 olive trees, creating the first olive grove destined exclusively to produce extra virgin olive oil to help the most disadvantaged families in the city. Thus was born the first olive grove of solidarity and 1000Lives the brand of extra virgin olive oil solidarity and local.
At the launch of these oils made with the Arbequina, Picual and Cuquillo varieties, we developed four different colors to give greater visibility to the action, dynamize its presence at the point of sale and accentuate the positive nature of this initiative. Every year, for the past two years, when the olives from each harvest are harvested, they are packaged, sold and the profits from their sale are distributed among underprivileged families.
